Broker Disclosure

Unity Capital Co. acts as a broker and intermediary between business applicants and third-party lending institutions. We do not make lending decisions, set interest rates, or directly fund loans or advances. All financing offers are made by our lending partners, and the specific terms, rates, fees, and conditions of any financing product are determined solely by the applicable lender. We may receive compensation from lending partners for our services.

Eligibility

To use our services and submit an application, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a legal resident of the United States or the authorized representative of a business entity organized under the laws of a U.S. state or territory.
• You must have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of yourself or the business entity you represent.

We reserve the right to refuse service, decline applications, or terminate access to any user at our sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

Accuracy of Information

Intellectual Property
